Period Property in Formby
This stunning home was completely renovated inside and out.
We applied external wall insulation on 3 sides of the building, and render to the front in order to keep all the original details (which were later renovated too).
Boiler flue and all pipework around the house (soil pipe, drain pipes etc.) has been extended.

We faced some challenges around this house as a Pergola was needed to be removed and modified, a few small extensions needed to be repaired and we have extended a roof too. After all the preparation works were carried out, a 90mm EPS insulation was applied. That was the moment when render work started. The whole house was wrapped with reinforced mesh bedded to basecoat, in order to achieve a nice smooth surface for the topcoat. We left it to dry out properly and applied topcoat. We're sure you'll agree, the results speak for themselves.

Work completed included: scaffolding, protect windows, roof, patio etc., pipe extensions, gutter downpipes change, soffits/fascias overboarding, original details restoration, partial render removal, EWI application, rendering, silicone sealants application, clean up.

3 bed semi-detached house with brick surface – recently painted. Previous paint was removed, surface was cleaned to allow us to apply a thin layer of silicone render system. Same system was applied on the face of the shed in the back garden. We were really pleased with the transformation of this lovely property.

Bathroom Renovation in Bomborough
Sadly, we came across a bathroom which had been left in a horrid state by the previous (cowboy) builders.
We had to rip out and clear away all previously installed items and start from scratch. So, we measured up and created a plan of action to rectify the problems.

First fix was carried out including drainage, water line, joinery, heating… etc. Then a tanking membrane was applied and the whole bathroom was made waterproof. Next the floors and walls were tiled followed by the grout. Then it was time for the second fix: sink, toilet, taps, shower, screen…etc all fitted perfectly. Then we made sure everything was sealed with silicone sealant, and tested them.

We also created a luxurious shower area with hidden led strips and dropped ceiling which gave a super-modern look to the final design. It looked fantastic!

Work completed: remove existing tiles, shower tray, clear-out of the room, plumbing, preparation, 1st fix, tiling, sealants, 2nd fix, bathroom fitting, skip.

Dorma Bungalow in Lytham St Annes
Thin coat silicone render system was applied all around the house also the fence and garden walls.
We have given the neighbours something to talk about as our customer’s garden looks the best on their street! (according to them 😊).
They continue to have people knocking on their door to ask who completed the work. We love what we do and this job is one of many that makes us very proud.

Whitley Reed Cottage
This job was an interesting challenge as the customer needed a solution for his damp issues literally all around the building. On site visit we found that the old render (15 years old) went below DPC line, which created a bridge for water ingress. As the old render was in a poor state, we offered render removal and re-rendering with a silicone render system, as a solution.

One part of the house (there are different extensions attached to the house) was done by external wall insulation as per customer request.

We were also asked to change soffits and fascias as an extra job during the process.

Work completed: site survey, application of windows and patios protections, scaffolding, render removal, guttering, down pipes replacement, roof repair, soffits/fascia overboarding, rendering, external wall insulation, chimney repair/rendering,

Bathroom Refurbishment in Bootle
We are really pleased with this complete bathroom renovation. Existing bathroom was removed including the floorboards due to leak and mold issues. The layout was changed, the bath was removed and replaced with a smart new shower area. New floorboards were fitted and the original cupboard was reduced to allow us to fit a heated towel rail next to it. Tanking and then new tiles to walls and floor were applied. The end result speaks for itself. Another happy customer!

Work completed: bathroom and tile removal, room clear-out, plumbing, preparation, 1st fix, tiling, sealants, 2nd fix, bathroom fitting, skip.
